John G. Beauman, MD, FAAFP

Medical Director

Dr. Beauman spent 13 1/2 years as a US Army Flight Surgeon achieving the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. He is board certified and a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians. He was his Intern Class Vice President, Chief Resident of one of the largest residencies in the US Army and has published articles in professional journals used for the education of physicians nation-wide. He has numerous awards and recognitions to include The American Medical Association's Physician Recognition Award with Commendation, selection as one of America's Top Family Physicians by the Consumer's Research Council of America, and is an Honored Member of Cambridge Who's Who. Dr. Beauman received the Army's Bronze Star Medal for meritorious service in a combat zone. His interest in cosmetic medicine began 10 years ago when he started performing cosmetic procedures for military spouses. He truly enjoys the field of cosmetic medicine and working with patients to help them achieve their cosmetic goals. Dr. Beauman takes great pride in supervising the Vitality Health team. 

Donna Ianacone PA-C

Donna graduated from Colorado State University in Fort Collins with a BS in Microbiology and earned her PA degree from Hahnemann University in Philadelphia. She has been a Physician Assistant for over 16 years and well trained in Botox and dermal filler injections, including Juvederm, Restylane, Perlane and Radiesse. Donna grew up in Colorado Springs and has spent her whole career here. As a native, she has a unique understanding of skin care needs in the harsh Colorado environment and she enjoys sharing this knowledge with her patients. She is dedicated to helping patients uncover their full potential to look and feel their very best and takes great pride in the unique relationships she builds.

Lori Japp PA-C 

Lori graduated from Kansas State University with a BS in Biology and earned her PA degree from Wichita State University before she made Colorado Springs her home. Lori's patients are truly pleased with her gentle and soothing style. Her goal is to provide natural enhancement and she prides herself on avoiding artificial appearances. Lori looks at cosmetic medicine as an art and has a real passion for balancing art and medicine.  

 Valerie Gonzales-White

Paramedical Aesthetician/Make-up Artist

Valerie is a Paramedical Aesthetician Licensed through the States of Colorado and Arizona.  Her career originated in Tucson, Arizona, where she received her Diploma in Aesthetics. Throughout her professional climb, she has studied under Professors of Dermatology and worked for 5 Star Resorts that offered top notch medical treatments and upscale spa therapies.  Valerie’s education is unique in that she has been trained medically and holistically in approaching anti-age treatments.  She has a broad understanding of skin care, and educated in over 20 professional product lines.  Her claim to fame is, “Good Skin Care Starts at Home.”  Armed with this experience, she is able to consult with clients and recommend the most effective treatments, customized skincare regimens, and cater to the individual needs of our patients.
